If you have been on our blog and asked a technical question you might be wondering why it has gone unanswered. Don’t worry, we weren’t ignoring you but rather spending all our time building a place especially designed for you to ask all the questions your PUG heart could desire.

This is why we are so excited to announce the official launch of the WD TV Live forum! Our technical support team will be available to answer your questions but it doesn’t stop there. We think you have the answers too! We have already seen many of you piping up in the blog comments so we know you have the product knowledge- our technical support agents might even be a little worried you’ll put them out of a job! But that shouldn’t stop you from answering a users question when you know the answer! We love seeing our WD community come together and help each other. That is why you are our PUGs- because you get it!
