Our WD Team is always looking for new products that work perfectly with WD technology. At Macworld Expo 2010, we weren’t disappointed. As always, there was something new, fun and impressively flashy for just about everyone. Especially for those who need technology to make their creativity, well, more creative.

One release that does just that is the latest version of Apple Aperture. The buzz about Aperture is that it rivals Lightroom, and possibly even Photoshop, by delivering major new features. Those features include edge-aware retouching brushes, dozens of new adjustment presets, advanced slideshows and much more. To get a better picture (no pun intended) of how Aperture fits into the mix, listen to this interview fresh from Macworld of photographers Mikkel Aaland and Colin Finlay. As you may know, Colin is one of our WD Creative Masters whose WD trusted storage line-up includes My ShareSpace NAS drives and My Passport.

About the “Aperture rivaling Photoshop” comment. We’re not taking sides. But, see how one photographer in the field used Aperture and his Western Digital external disk to pull off two tricky photo assignments. It’s a good read. http://ow.ly/1arU6
